The scheme includes minor cosmetic works the original farmhouse, the construction of a new curved kitchen/living area with cantilevered eaves, careful demolition and re-build of an existing barn building, re-roofing of the existing East Barn (walls retained but with new window and door apertures), and the creation of a tiered garden and courtyard area with the use of external retaining walls.
