As part of extensive redevelopment works across the Kirkley Hall Campus, the Equine Centre is a new facility for equestrian exhibitions and competitions.
The building houses an arena space of more than 1000m2, with a protected viewing area for spectators as well as welfare and storage facilities.
Steel portal frame construction was used in order to create the large open spaces required, while the concrete sub-structure is integrated with the perimeter safety barriers and specialist arena floor build-up.
The Equine Centre is an integral part of the wider redevelopment of Kirkley Hall, and a project which Jasper Kerr are proud to have been involved in.
