This scheme consisting of 17 affordable bungalows in Newton Hall, offer adaptable homes for wheelchair users.
The development seeks to transform a vacant site and forms part of a 5 year plan by Believe Housing to build 700 homes.
The project comprises the installation of adoptable highways and drainage network including a surface water pumping station. The development has obtained planning approval and technical approval from Northumbrian Water for the drainage design and from Durham Highways for the highway design. Site 3d was used to design the highways, drainage and plot levels to provide a fully integrated design.
Construction works are due to commence early Summer 2020
